Important Covid 19 Updates:
OFFICE VISITS: Mask wearing is mandated! If you are NOT feeling well, even if you had the Covid vaccine, or have had contact with anyone with Covid, we ask that you reschedule your appointment prior to your visit.
MED REFILLS: If you need a prescription refill, we ask that you request it through your pharmacy. They will start the electronic process.
VISITORS: Visitors are required to wear a mask and check in with our front staff. This includes pharmaceautical reps.
